Are air cons expensive to run?
Not at all. Modern single split and multi split air conditioning systems (those ductless, wall mounted units) are incredibly efficient – often with A+++ Energy Efficiency ratings.
Air cons output 3-4kW of heating or cooling for every 1kW input of electricity. Also, latest inverter technology means a compressor’s speed (and thus power usage) is now automatically adjustable (and not fixed as in older machines) to cool as efficiently as possible.
All in all, a 2kW AC may only need 0.25kW of electricity to keep your WFH office a steady 18°C.
Finally unlike central heating which warms your entire house, split air conditioners can be turned on and off on a per-room basis.

How fast can you install my AC?
From our first phone call we’ll schedule in an engineer for a site visit in the next 48 hours. Our specialists can install a split unit in one day. This assumes an uncomplicated job with regards to access, layout, prep work, etc. For a whole house install (all bedrooms and a lounge) you could likewise be chilling in a week.
